  17. Good and Useful… But as many others said, the Qns regarding the Rowlatt Act contradict each other. The 3rd point of 11th Qn is not given in the book, not sure whether to include it in our Ans. The 1st and 4th option of 17th Qn are both false in accordance to the Qn, how to choose the best option?
