Personal Health	Community Health
1. It is a state of physical, mental and social well being.	1. It refers to maintenance, improvement of public health or environmental health.

3. Objectives are achieved by individual by observing personal and domestic hygiene.	3. Objectives are fulfilled by providing safe water, medical facilities, proper sewage disposal etc.

Being Healthy	Disease Free
1. Being healthy refers to a state of physical, mental and social well being.	1. Being disease free means the state of absence of any body discomfort.
2.  A person can be unhealthy even in the absence of disease.	2. Even in absence of discomfort, a person can be disease free.
3. It depends upon the person and one’s environment discomfort (including society).	3. It depends on individual alone.

Answer:

Congenital Diseases	Acquired Diseases
1. These diseases are present right from birth.	1. These diseases are caught by a person after birth.
2. In general, these diseases are inheritable i.e. pass on from one generation to another.	2. Generally non-inheritable i.e. do not pass on from one generation to another.
3. Caused either due to genetic disorders or environmental factors during embryo (pre-birth) stage.	3. Diseases are caused by pathogens/infectious agents or infected humans.

2. Mild or severe. Not not life threatening but require life long precautions.	2. Life long treatment to reduce damage to body.
