National Informatics Olympiad 2012-13 First Stage
CBSE is conducting National Informatics Olympiad test along collaboration with the Indian Association for Research in Computing Science (IARCS), Mumbai, across the country and abroad.
The competition examination is open for classes VIII to XII.
The first stage examination consisting of the Zonal Informatics Olympiad (ZIO) will take place on
Saturday November 3, 2012 between 10.00 a.m. and 01.00 p.m.
The examination will test the aptitude of the students, their logical competence, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
Students who qualify the Ist stage will appear in the second stage examination (Indian National Olympiad in Informatics - INOI). The second stage examination will be held on Saturday, 19th January 2013 based on programming skills.
