Answer: The restaurant is not honest. The value missing here is “Honesty”. The right to information is violated.

Answer: No She can't file a consumer complaint against the store because the bill did not mention about the "pickle jar". It appears store may be dishonest or due to human error, it did not enter the amount in bill. It affects honesty and economic values of the store.
