Eating a diet high in junk food can lead to a range of health problems. Some of the potential health hazards of consuming too much junk food include weight gain and obesity. Junk food is typically high in calories, fat, and sugar, which can contribute to weight gain and obesity if consumed in excess. Being overweight or obese can increase the risk of a range of health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Junk food can lead to cardiovascular diseases.
