Answer: Steps in the Process of Organising are:

प्रश्न १: शेरपा कुलियों के साथ क्या दुर्घटना घटी थी?

उत्तर- ल्होत्से की ओर से एक बहुत बड़ी बर्फ़ की चट्टान नीचे खिसक आई थी जिससे सोलह शेरपा कुलियों के दल में से एक की मृत्यु हो गई और चार घायल हो गए ।

प्रश्न २: कर्नल खुल्लर ने अभियान दल के उदास सदस्यों को किस तथ्य से परिचित करवाया?

उत्तर- कर्नल खुल्लर ने अभियान दल के उदास सदस्यों को इस तथ्य से परिचित करवाया कि एवरेस्ट जैसे महान अभियान में खतरों को और कभी-कभी तो  मृत्यु  को भी सहज भाव से स्वीकार करना चाहिए ।

प्रश्न ३: अग्रिम दल का नेतृत्व कौन कर रहा था ? उन्होंने अभियान दल के सदस्यों को क्या जानकारी दी ?

उत्तर- अग्रिम दल का नेतृत्व प्रेमचंद कर रहे थे। उन्होंने अभियान दल के सदस्यों को पहली बड़ी बाधा खुंभु हिमपात की स्थिति से अवगत कराया तथा बताया कि उनके दल ने कैंप-एक तक का रास्ता साफ़ कर दिया है।

Q1: Define balanced diet.

Answer: A diet which contains the proper amount of each nutrient, i.e. like carbohydrate, fat, protein etc is called Balanced Diet. A diet which consists of all the essential food constituents’ viz. protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals and water in correct proportion is called balanced diet. 

In other words, a complete food, a diet contains adequate amounts of all the necessary nutrients required for proper growth & maintenance of body.
